New Friend

I have no picture for this caption. That is because there is no way for me to get a picture of Sydnee's new friend. Her new friend is a Lady bug who's name is "Sweetie". Oh and by the way she is imaginary. Syd will catch her and talk to her and then send her flying away. What this girl doesn't come up with. She always keeps us smiling!!!

Big Girl Bed

Sydnee got her new bed this week. She just loved it. She sat on it all day reading books and talking to her babies. It was also a sad day for her. We told her that now that she was a big girl and sleeping in a big girl bed, she can't take her milk to bed with her. She was not very happy with us. She cried her self to sleep. I think it was harder on Mom and Dad. But we stayed strong a didn't give in. I can't believe how big she is getting.

Grilled Cheese

This week got a lesson from Mimi on how to make grilled cheese sandwiches. She is becoming such a big girl. She loves to be in the kitchen helping with whatever she can.

A little help from a princess

Last night Mimi (syd gave Sabrina that name) was doing some homework. Syd decided she could use a little help. They both look like they are in deep thought. Syd loves Mimi. We are so glad to have her living with us.

Halloween!!!

This Halloween was so much fun!!! I think Sydnee was old enough to comprehend it. She was so beautiful. She loves princesses. Her favorite princess is Belle. I thought I would try to make her costume this year. I knew it was going to be a big challenge. I was so proud of myself when the dress was complete. I was so happy the way it turned out. Even Alice Tweedie (my 4-H teacher) would have been proud of me. Sydnee loved it. I took her to Farm Bureau trick or treating and she walked through the door and shouts, "I am so pretty". She is so humble.

Girl

This is Girl! Seriously that is her name. I know it is very original. Girl goes everywhere with Syd. She goes to the babysitter, the bath, and to bed. We had a big scare last week. Girl got lost at the babysitters. She was gone for two days. Syd was so sad, she couldn't sleep without her. It was a long 2 days. Luckily she is found and everyone is happy now. We even found a replacement for the next time she gets lost.

Big Help

Syd loves to be in the kitchen. She especially loves to help make brownies. She learned very quickly that the way to successful baking is always taste.
